Please advise me that any person can give cash loan to another person Rs 2,00,000-00 without any written agreement.If yes, then it can be proved in court and how?

It can be proved only if both party accepts it, since there is no agreement.

Sir,
What documents required by giver to prove that giver has given loan to loan receiver in Income Tax and Civil Court. No agreement has been made between both party. Only a cheque was given in the name loan giver.
