my company have received a bill
transportation charges 19500.00
Loading & Unloading charges 1500.00
Total 21,000.00
My question is whether loading & unloading charges also part of reverse charge on transportation @ 30%
or I have to pay service tax @ 15% under reverse charge on labour., please reply this question.

if you are paying the loading and unloading charges to the Transportation person, then the same is liable for Reverse Charge Mechanism.
