Hi all,
whether LLP is required to submit their return compulsorily irrespective of profit or loss??
a quick response highly appreciated.....

yes. it is compulsory............even if there is no activity at all.

i do not understand why LLP need not file tax return? If no profits then also file a ROI after all a yearly duty that way take my dear friend. unless your LLP is would up once and for all, and after filing a last ROI saying you had closed LLP for ever.
