Dear Sir/Madam
I have received a mail from ROC having following subject
Filing of Initial Agreement in LLP Form 3 and Statement of Account and Solvency in Form 8 and 11 for the year ending 31st March 2017
The incorporation date of my company is 30/05/2017 how am I suppose to fill anything for 31st March 2017 as the company didn't even exist
Please reply asap

You can ignore this email at the moment. But make sure that you have filed LLP Form 3.

I am not familiar with ROC procedures, but i would like to advise you a bit differently than my fellow expert.
I suggest you reply to the e-mail (if possible) or submit a hard copy stating the fact that your organisation was incorporated on 30.05.2017 and attach the documentary evidence for the same.
