Hi Guys,
If you can kindly help me out on the below mentioned problem, would be great :-
Mr.A is forming an LLP with 3 other partners. Now the arrangement is such that Mr.A would get in the entire capital in the LLP and wants to give stake to the other partners for their work in the firm. How can i structure the LLP deed to reflect this. Which are the possible ways can it be done?

just provide for a separate profit sharing ratio in the LLP agreement.
