Llp annual filling

25 July 2012 if LLP incorporated on 1st Jan 2011 and annual return for financial year 2010-11 and 11-12 both are not filled.
So wat can i do now? whether to file both return in same form i.e. form no 11 or i have to file separately for 31.3.11 & 31.3.12?
If i hav to file separate return for 31.3.11 now, what is due date & penalty ?

31 July 2012 I think you need to file separate Form 11 for both financial year 2010-11 & 2011-12. Last date for filing form 11 for FY 2011-12 has been extended to July 31 without additional fees.
