03 July 2012 I naveen yapalaparvi, Designated partner of DROID-VEDA LLP, LLPIN AAA-7882, Incorporated on 03-02-2012.

Whether it is mandatory to file the anuual returns and accounts for the financial year ended 31-03-2012 or only Income tax return is enough.

04 July 2012 Yes it is mandatory to file annual return of the LLP under the provisions of the LLP Act in e form 11. Now since LLP and MCA has been integrated, you may file form 11 on MCA portal. In your case last date for filing was 30 may 2012 but it has now been extended. Also post integration of MCA with LLP, new LLP forms have been prescribed. Visit MCA portal and follow instructions therein.
