16 February 2016 Print the following on the stamp paper for the additional value

"Resolution to pay additional stamp duty in relation to the Limited Liability Agreement

It is hereby resolved to pay additional stamp duty of Rs (additional amount to be paid)- in relation to the stamp duty liability for the Limited Liability Partnership Agreement dated (date of original LLP agreement)."
