09 March 2018 A LLP firm does not filed his agreement to ROC and now it want to change its partner that firm can change its partner without filing agreement and after change it can filed agreement with ROC?

09 March 2018 LLP rules don’t provide any exemption from the filing of LLP agreement in e-form LLP 3 with ROC. Therefore, it is advisable to file Initial LLP Agreement and Amendment thereto.
