Please provide a Resolution for ratification of date of llp agreement.

RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of LLP Act and Rules made their under and subject to the LLP agreement made vide .....date between Mr..... and Mr. .... is placed before the meeting for ratification.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr......,partner be and is hereby authorised to make ratification in such agreement in accordence with the provision of applicable law and to do all such acts and deeds in connection therewith that may be necessary.
