How can i get the list of shareholders of a privated limited company on mca site as the previous auditor is not providing it to me ?

Hi
You can get the same from public inspection of the company through MCA portal after lodging and payment of nominal fee of Rs. 50 but the date will be available only up to last AGM.

After login to MCA portal and after payment of nominal fees one has get all the documents such as MOA AOA etc, but the list of share holders has not been given in the portal separately?? Then from where one should get this?

You can download Form-20B (Schedule V)in which details are available for shareholders.It will be available in Inspection section under Annual Return And other documents.
