08 February 2015 What is the life of a HUF ? Can HUF continue to exist as long as there is a married male survivor tracing ancestry in the family ?
For how many HUFs can a person be Kartha, of course if he is the eldest male member of each such family ?
Do female members who got educated,married and settled as members of their HUFs, or their progeny get any share in the property of the HUF ?

08 February 2015 01. HUF per se is viewed upon as PERPETUAL.
02. HUF does exist whether or not it has PROPERTY. At the most one can say that so and so HUF is having NO PROPERTY.
03. Normally a person can be a Karta of one HUF. In exceptional cases, a person can be Karta of more than one HUF
04. Dayabhaga and Mitakshara are 2 schoolf of thoughts under HUF. Dayabhaga system is female led and Mitakshara is male led HUF.

26 February 2015 What are exceptional cases of multiple HUFs ? If HUF's life is perpetual and eldest Male is available and a property each can be traced to 3 different HUFs, can an individual be Karta of 3 HUFs ?

04 March 2015 You need to elaborate your query. I think you are trying to STRETCH the theory to a deadlock extreme. Can you please elaborate? e.g. Grand Father HUF, Father HUF and Son HUF....are you aiming at such 3 HUFs? Please elaborate your query.
