I have pased profesional exams and i have not undergone 15 months training,whether it is compulory to take licentiate cs ,if no then ,cs can be written in front of name?

no it is not compulsry to take lcs DEGREE and u cannot write CS or ACS before ur name as ur not still a member reg with icsi as u have not under gone 15 months training and opted for membership no with payning membership fees.
