Kindly let me the differences between the Tax and License Fee.

TAX IS IMPOSITION FINANCIAL CHARGE OR OTHER LEVY UPON A TAXPAYER BY STATE OR CENTRAL GOVERNMENT.
TAXES ARE TWO TYPES: DIRECT AND INDIRECT.
THE TAXES WHO BURDEN FALLS DIRECTLY ON THA TAXPAYERS ARE DIRECT TAX.
THE TAXES IN PASSED BY THIRD PARTY IS KNOWN INDIRECT TAXES.
LIKE SERVICE TAX AND VAT.
a fee paid to the government for the privilege of being licensed to do something (as selling liquor or practicing medicine)
