Whts LIC rebate under 80 CC

Ajit it can b claimed deduction(premium paid upto Rs 1L) u/s 80C but not u/s 80CC.
If u r asking about annuity Plan then it comes under 80CCC
Deduction:-
Amount so deposited Or Rs 1L(lowe of the 2)
If u r asking about annuity Plan then it comes under 80CCC
