Is there any liability to file service tax returns?

10 June 2013 If u have service tax number then yes u have to file service tax return , but if no..then no..

11 June 2013 What are the kinds of gross receipts? Moreover are u not covered under reverse charge mechanism

11 June 2013 If you have got RC under Service tax and not collected any tax in your bills, as you have not crossed the threshold limit, then you have to file your return showing NIL taxable turnover.
