i have a problem "if a person or entity provide a taxable service with a annual turnover less then 9,00,000. he raised bills with amount of service tax." is he liable to pay service tax??

28 October 2011 You can revise the service invoice and refund back the service tax amount charged and collected from the customer or either you can get your self registered with the service tax department and pay the service tax amount collected along with interest.
