A company is selling handloom fabrics... Locally as well as interstate......Local sales are exempt... But am confused whether cst sales will b exempt or cst will b leviable on its interstate sales... kindly confirm d same and also quote d relevant provision,..

Rate of CST is equal to the rate of Vat, as such CST would also be exempt
