Letter to roc relating to resign

Mr. X want to resign from the post of director from ABC Ltd..Can Mr. X write a letter to ROC directly related to his resign which he submitted to company as because company is not filing his form - 32, at all.

Can anybody provide what is required to be mentioned in the letter??

07 March 2012 Before writing letter to ROC, ask the director to send his resignation letter to BOD at the registered address of the Company with registered post with Ack. Due. If the company is not filing the related from 32 after considerable time, you can escalate the issue to the concerned ROC. Anyway, filing of Form 32 is responsibility of the Company and resigning director need not worry on this. While drafting a letter to ROC, you can mention all the facts of the case and also attach proof of sending the resignation letter to the Company.
