Dear all,
As u all are aware of the shara india case regarding issue of debenture..bt by mistake my company received a letter from ROC to refund the money..even if we r nt a party to dispute...so i want to write a letter to ROC contending that we r nt a right candidate for this letter....so anyone can give me a format of that letter
