03 September 2013 can any buddy help me to draft a letter to income tax officer, saying that " I have no taxable income, and i have taken PAN card for
a specified purpose". And not filing return, having no taxable income

This is with reference to above mention subject, I am a student of ICAI ans doing article ship under M/s......a firm of Chartered Accountant under which i received nominal amount of stipend which is covered under Taxable Income.

I have our PAN as required for Identity proof and for opening of Bank Account for such stipend and not for other purpose.
