26 May 2014 Respected Members, Can anyone share the format of letter of appointment to be attached with form DIR 12 in case of appointment of director in a private ltd. Also, what are changes in procedure for appointment of director in a private co. under CA 1956 and CA 2013. Thanks. Pranay
