11 January 2016 Dear all

i received a notice from central excise department stating that to conduct a central excise audit in jan 2016 but unfortunately the person who is responsible for for the same is out station. so i need to request the department to reschedule the date of audit.so please help me for drafting the same.

11 January 2016 you can write a letter Assistant commissioner AUDIT,give the reason that concern person out of station,
so please conduct audit after 15 day .
