11 February 2010 Can anybody provide me a sample letter for loan forgiven by Director to the company.

11 February 2010 I, Silverprince, aged about 25 years, son of Mr. silver prince (senior), residing at Flat no.11,Silver prince apartments, Silver prince road, Bangalore-562016 confirm that an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh Only) is due to me from the company Silver Prince Waiver private Limited (CIN........) in which I am a Director. The said amount is outstanding as on February 11,2009 out of the amount advanced by me to the said company as unsecured loan. I do hereby relinquish/waive all my claims against the said company in respect of the said unsecured loan amounting to Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) and I shall not have any claim whatsoever in respect of the said amount.
