hello! i am a ca student, clear my first group of ipcc . now i have apply for articleship in a firm. but the principal is asking to write a letter about your holiday which i going to take for grp 2 and final and about transfer etc.
how to write this letter ? please give me a specimen that can help me to write this letter.

my advice fined a better a firm. Don't get engaged with a firm which is pricky about holidays and transfers. You may get stuck for a long time.

There is no condition for joining article ship with Principal as per CA Regulation 1988.
I will suggest you to join with other principal for doing article ship, because in future this principal will be non co operation and liberty,So be alert.
