Less paid of income tax of employee

I have deducted the less tax to one of my employee . now what should i do to pay the balance amount. after issue the Form 16 in which tax to be payable if 152 rupeees.

Had better ask the employee to pay up the balance of tax and re issue a new TDS certificate.
Make sure you collect the old TDS or else you'll have to face the music.
