SIR/MADAM,
A CHARITABLE WANTS TO PROMOTE WOMENS. WOMENS PREPARE PAPAD, PICKLE ETC. THE TRUST WANTS TO TAKE THAT MANAGEMENT UNDER THEIR CCONTROL FOR SMOOTH FUNCTIONING AND TO GIVE THEM BETTER PROFIT. MY QUESTION IS WHETHER THIS CAN BE DONE UNDER TRUSTS OBJECTS.. MOREOVER IF THEIR IS ANY SURPLUS ON THIS ACCOUNT WHAT WILL BE THEIR TAX IMPLICATIONS.

This business will be taxed as normal business. Separate books of account should be maintained as normal business.
