First prepare columns in your workings , which is as follows.
1.liability as per books of account under each section.
2.Actual amount as per challan.
3.actual amount relected in tds return quarterly wise.

30 April 2014 you make cahllan agst entry if your have rs. 20562/- TDS challan amount

then you can identify the entry adj this challan.

like that you make TDS challan wise detail according to section wise.
