It is a long process. Just export the data in excel, and look for cash expenditure not more than 20K, any expenses not debited to proper head, if the amount entered is same as is evidence, if any expenses abnormally increases or decreases both with previous year, The narration must support the transaction. Etc.

you have to give more time due to you have to check every ledger. even having balance or not. and check the bank a/c reco. in loan a/c whether any cash payment or not and cash recd or not.
