13 April 2010 yes you can. you can avail 2 LTAs in a block of 4 calendar years. The current block is 2010 - 2014. If you did not use ur LTA in the previous block then one LTA can be carried forward for one year.

13 April 2010 kindly correct me if iam wrong has i have not claimed my lta for the fy 2009-2010,as per you i can claim the lta now.and also i am elgible for the current year slab of lta ie i can get 2 lta.the management has provided me the lta for rs 20000 in the fy 09-10 and now my management is providing me an lta for rs 25000 on what rate i should claim my lta for both the year
