Is there any time limit in Leave Travel allowance eligibility for employees like Gratuity i.e Employee eligible after 5 years????

for leave travel allownac eonce a person is emplyee he can claim the same..no speacial conditions to be met for claiming same.

what if an employee join the orgaisation but leave after 6 month ...Is the company liable to pay the LTA amount on prorata basis ?????

that depends whether he was on probation or a normal employee and co is not bound by law to pay mandatory as its co to co policy differs
