Dear Sir/Madam
To claim LTA is there any predefined by the Act or Law that to claim LTA on must be on leave for X number of days.
Or Even by taking 2 days leave, one can claim LTA

There is no restriction with respect to the number of days of leave one must take in order to claim LTA. In your case, you are very well eligible to claim the LTA, subject to submission of proofs of your journey and provided you have not already claimed the LTA exemption in respect of two journeys in the current block of four years (2010-2013).
