25 March 2012 Hi,

Wha is the difference between lease hold improvement and furniture and fixtures.

Sincce both made of variety of large equipments. While coding such invoice, can we create single asset code for all the equipments.

26 March 2012 both are entirely different lease hold is you are the owner for few years whereas furniture & Fixture is an assets on which depreciation is to be claimed. Lease rent is to be paid in case of leasehold
