We have let out our factory through lease rent agreement. Factory consists "factory Building and plant and machinery"
What will be VAT and Service Tax implications.
Lease rent is Rs. 250000 per month.
This is only an operating lease.
We are based at Karnataka.

Service tax is applicable on lease rent and TDS is deductible @ 10%
