I am an ipcc group 1 student.pls let me know if i need to learn all the sections,sub-sections n clauses given in the module of law for exams???? n pls also suggest a good book for law.......since d book provided by ICAI has a very intricate language.

You should know the correct interpretation of particular section or provisions. Not necessary to remember all the sections, clauses, etc.

You can refer Munish Bhandari handbook..
As far as sections are concerned, you simply learn important sections which are frequently asked in the exam..
But never quote any wrong section no.. as it may create a bad impression on the examiner..
