30 October 2013 I going to appearing nov 2013 IPCC xm. but till now in law paper,,I hv completed ckmpany law. All practical paper I am ok. only scaring abou law paper. this is my first attempt and I want to pass any how. sir plz tell me how I can prepare in this short time. plz rply as soon as possible..

30 October 2013 Go thru Ins. Practice manuals and RTPs..
If you are preparing from Munish Bhandari then do complete all the questions provided in the end of every chapters...

However, RTPs of last 4-5 terms will fetch you better result...

30 October 2013 I will suggest you to read suggested answer for this and study, then you will know how to write answer of law paper. The law paper demand the original answer which is describe in related sections and case law.

So, also study case laws thereon.

30 October 2013 Simply follow the suggestion given by expert and go for selective study.
Ensure good revision before exam to perform in a better way.
Just be confident in exam.
In law paper good writing and presentations skills are very important to fetch extra marks. So also focus on good writing and presentations skills.
