Late filling fees?

18 December 2013 Dear Sir,

I had Received a order from Tds department for delay filling of tds return also i had paid the mentioned fee by filling up others column in payment challan and filed a correction return after payment of the same the department has once again sent me order for correction return filed without considering late fee paid details and has raised a demand for the same kindly let me know what to do in this situation
