02 July 2014 Whether currently there is any stay in late filling fee of tds return of Rs.200 per day??If any client receive notice from tds department to pay late filling fee then as professional advisor what I should do??Whether to tell client to pay late filling fee or not??

02 July 2014 I think you should tell the client to pay the fees. Stay applicable only in respective cases. Had there been general stay department would not have issued notices.
