Late filing with roc

15 February 2012 We have a private ltd company and have not filed anything with the ROC from F.Y2009-10 as there is no income. Please let me know the late fee and penalty applicable

15 February 2012 Additional filing fee as per section 611(2) of the companies Act,1956 depends on the authorized capital and date of the event. It can go up to nine times of the normal filing fee.
