Late filing of Annual Return

what are the procedure to be followedd if a Company has its AGM on 30th September 08 but does not file its Annual Return within a period of 60days.? is extention of time required to be availed?

Dear Amruta
If company does not file Form 20B within time limit then at the time of filing it has to pay additional fee which is subject to delay of filing and No extension of time is required to be availed for this purpose.

Hi Amruta,
You don't have to worry at all. Just upload your Annual Return by filing from 20B and pay additional fee which will reflect in electronically gererated challan.
No need to avail extention of time.
