Respected Sir,
There are a trust & The lastly audit done for fy-2007-08 by another CA Firm. for fy 2011-12 the trust audit to be done by us.
The accounting records for Fy-2008-09 to 2010-11 are missing & the client is saying that no records found.
Q1. There is any guidelines for above mentioned problem? then please give me this guidelines copy for reference .
Q2. How opening Balance to be Carry Forward.
Q3. How to resolve this problem.

No guide line as such. Take a management letter stating all the facts of the case... including opening balances. In your audit report qualify this point.

You have to make demand for audit report to previous CA. If previous CA refuses or not provide report then he will be eligible for PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT.
