i want to know the last date for payment tds of 4th quarter 2012
& also wnt to know the last date for tds return filling of 4th quarter 2012

Last date for deposit of TDS for 4th quarter is 30th April, for Tds return 15th May.

Agree with expert except for TDS u/s 192(1A) which has to be remitted within 7th April.

RETURN DATE IS 15 MAY.
