Last date of deposit of 31st March TDS

if the amount is credited in the payee account on the last dauy of the accounting year then same can be deposited within two months. i.e. 31st March TDS can be depsoited by 31st May.
if we pay the amount on the same date to the creditee/ payee den wat will be the date???
plz reply with justification

why can't be take the benefit...
bcoz it is mentioned only about credit in the account of payee.. there is nothing about provision or paid at all????
