Can I filled return of AY 2015-16 along with audit report (individual) now.

No you cant until you served any notice from ITO

I am not filling any return after that so can I wait for intimation from CBDT or filled return manually because Sec. 44 Audit applicable only for 2015-16 not afterwards.

In case you have any TDS then you ll login in IT portal and see the Compliance or Bendings...
Also you ll contact your Ward AO... He/She ll help to You....

You can file it manually but only when your AO accept it.....

can i file return of 2016-17 and 2017-18 now without filling of aforesaid return 2016-16.
