we r going to establish a new public ltd co. in the field of cotton industry, for this we purchased a open land and registered in our own name.We r planning to lease this land to public company.My doubt is that whether we can do like this or not?

Why not, you can do this. If the board of the new company is ready to accept your land on lease.
