dear experts,
i feel this is not the right forum to ask this question,but then if any help could be provided i will be highly obliged.
My Problem is i cannot focus on any thing for a long time(i.e. my mind keeps on wandering from one place to another) and it is disturbing my whole life,i am not able to concentrate on my Goals.
I request experts to Plz suggest any Solution,if possible

honestly one solution is meditation...really helps..calms your mind...try that for sometime...should help u
