what provisions related to service tax pf esi of labour contractor

If your total receipts on labour contracts exceed 10 lacs service tax is applicable.
If you employ 20 or more people pf and esi is applicable.

if your company is covered with ESIC and EPF then contractor will also charges ithe esic and epf and deposit with the deptt.
