Yes,Service Tax has to be discharged on Advance Payment, Same can be set off against bill when it is actually made.

if we have payment service tax on adv payment same can set off the bill ( Bill recd after 6months on date of payment) how to utiliasation cenvat input credit the same.pls suggest sir..
