Above lines are given in a work order for Rs.21,00,000.
Is any Service tax applicable? If applicable is there any reverse charge mechanism for this?

Liability would be there unless the same is done for govt etc - see not 25/12 for specifics. See that all conditions met.
No reverse charge for labour charges only. If WC then applicable if provider not a corporate.
