Our society paid Rs.9800/- as labour charges for the electrical work for the electricial and helper. for 6 days work. Can I account the same as Labour charges or have to show in Repairs & Maintenance ? Kindly reply.

If it is for repair and maintenance work show it in Repairs & Maintenance.

No sir this is a new work providing DB Board and a separate line for AC connecting to main power supply.

If it is not a capital expenditure charge it under Repairs & Maintenance.
